Malignant mesothelioma

Mesothelioma (or, more precisely, malignant mesothelioma) is a rare form of cancer that develops from the stem cells turn in the mesothelium, a protective lining that covers many of the internal organs of the body. It is usually caused by exposure to asbestos.
The most common site of anatomical to develop mesothelioma is the pleura (outer lining of the lungs and chest wall procedure), but can also arise in the peritoneum (the lining of the cavity, abdominal) and pericardium in (sac that surrounds the heart), or the tunica vaginalis (scrotum that surrounds).

confirmed patients , with either serous effusion cytology or biopsy with
( removing a sample of the suspicious tissue ) and microscopic
examination . Can

obtain biopsy material , and allows the introduction of substances such
as talc to obliterate the pleural space ( a procedure called
pleurodesis ) , and to prevent further accumulation of fluid and
